The customer takes his meter reading and send a SMS to his supplier using the following format. postal code of town.accountnumber.w(for water). meterreading.surname and initial OR postal code of town.accountnumber.e(for electricity). meterreading.surname and initail OR Town's name.accountnumber.e.meterreading.surname and initial for example worcester.243252686.e.0123324.andrews d OR 6885.24325286.e.012334.andrew j If successful a reply sms will be send to the customer saying that the info was delivered.
